I Want It to Sound Like a Choking Pigeon — With Quin Lamar

October 27, 2026

It's actually six muppets in a polyamory podcast suit. On this episode: NYC comic Quin Lamar speaks for all tall monogamous people everywhere. He might not be monogs for long — the Threeagle is swooping in to subject him to a session of "Compersion Therapy." But first! He must answer for monogamy's crimes — apparently it's been knocking over liquor stores? — in a good ol' fashioned "Monogamy RUOK?" And before all that? The mailbag opens itself to us for a "DM Sliders" — though Daniel already ate, according to Celia Rose Gooding. There may also be some "Sex Bits," but aren't there always?

Nichole: Oh my god, Laurel.
Laurel: Everything's fine. I don't know why there's a lighter down here.
Nichole: It's your fault. Somebody's fault. Just Laurel. I don't need you playing with actual fire. Jesus.
Daniel: Talking about love and sex and power. All on PolyAmateur Hour.
Nichole: I mean, we're lucky in that there's, like, barely any oxygen down here. So at the very least, nothing's gonna like. Yeah. It'll go out pretty quickly.
Laurel: Remember oxygen bars?
Nichole: They still have to have them in, like Where? Denver. What? I know I talk about Denver like it's this magical land because Casa Bonita is there. But I'm pretty sure because it's like the Mile High City, they have oxygen bars.
Laurel: Really?
Nichole: It's thin air. The air is thin.
Clip: Don't be ridiculous. As president of planet Spaceball, I can assure both you and your viewers that there's absolutely no air shortage whatsoever.
Daniel: I thought it was just like a big city thing when, you know, there was kind of era around 2000 where everybody thought that we were going to enter the future
Quin Lamar: all of
Daniel: a sudden. Mhmm.
Nichole: I think that I assumed that they were functional and not trendy. Am I wrong? I was googling it.
Laurel: No. They were they were a stupid trendy thing. Oh, I'm... At least in the early aughts.
Nichole: I'm wrong then.
Laurel: I will say that the only oxygen bar that is coming up is in
Nichole: Breckenridge. Breckenridge. Breckenridge? Colorado.
Laurel: They spelt it wrong at
Nichole: the bottom of their website. Breckinridge.
Laurel: Colorado.
Daniel: You know, that's actually what I call it when I need to get my jollies off, and I need to go, like, do a little burglary. I'm like, hey. You guys wanna do a little Breckinage?
Nichole: You Breckinage and outnering? Yeah.
Daniel: Breckinage and enter... To drink.
Laurel: You'll be pleased, Daniel, to know that you can get a can of o two at this oxygen bar.
Nichole: Then you can play space balls.
Daniel: Play space balls? Exactly.
Laurel: Let's play space balls.
Quin Lamar: Did you see anything?
Daniel: No, sir. I didn't see you playing with your dolls again. Good.
Laurel: So when I was in high school, like my senior year of high school, like oxygen bars were starting to like crop up and it was like a cool thing. And you would, like, go to, like, this place with LED lights or whatever. And we had one at our, like... We... Like, a senior night at school.
Laurel: It's, like, on campus, and they, like, put fun things on campus. Like
Daniel: I don't even see. It's a senior night, and so you all get on oxygen. You have the old people come and share their oxygen tanks with
Quin Lamar: you and you
Daniel: learn how the other half lives.
Laurel: Yeah. And in that way, it was a good life lesson. At least five of us quit smoking that day.
Nichole: Welcome to PolyAmateur Hour.
Daniel: I'm Daniel. I'm Laurel.
Nichole: I'm Nicole.
Daniel: What do we got up first, you guys?
Laurel: A little DM sliders.
Quin Lamar: Cool.
Nichole: DM sliders is a segment where we read your emails and your reviews, and you can get ahold of us at polyamateurhour@Gmail.com. You can submit segments and questions through our website at polyamateurhour.com, or you can DM us on Blue Sky and Instagram. Yeah.
Daniel: Laura likes it when you use the website because it goes into all the little places automatically.
Laurel: Yeah. It's nice.
Daniel: Nooks and crannies.
Laurel: Yeah. Fill my nooks and crannies.
Nichole: Okay. You're an English muffin.
Clip: Why have so many of you switched from toast to Thomas' English muffins? Definitely the granny. It was the
Daniel: First up, we've got a little note from chef Stewart. Chef Stewart.
Daniel: A
Daniel: regular contact of us in the outside. Makes it sound like we're in prison, and he
Nichole: A regular contact from the outside.
Laurel: Chef chef Stuber, if you were to make us a meal and hide a shiv in it, what would it be?
Nichole: Write to us at PolyAmateurHour@Gmail.com.
Daniel: Alright. Another node in my podcast plot. So previously, Chef Stuart had tried to introduce us to another podcast called Triple Click. Had written an email to both of us simultaneously. And like, I wrote back and we're like, yeah, That sounds great.
Daniel: I listened to a little of your podcast. Sounds like we share some vibes. Let's talk about polyamory and video games. Nothing.
Laurel: Yeah. Nothing.
Daniel: Nothing.
Laurel: They don't like us. It's personal.
Daniel: So, chef Stewart says today, hi, PolyAmateurs. Podcast plot. It's my podcast version of a murder map.
Laurel: Okay.
Daniel: So AKA the red string thing. There is no Carol in HR.
Laurel: Yeah. Yeah.
Nichole: Yeah. Like, connected to a map is?
Daniel: There's a bunch of different names for it, and he actually gave a link that gives all the different names for a murder map.
Laurel: What what are the other names?
Daniel: Okay. We've got an evidence board.
Laurel: Mhmm.
Daniel: Okay. Conspiracy board.
Nichole: Yes. Okay.
Daniel: Crazy wall. So this is him trying to connect us with various folks. He says, Brent Weinbach, your example of actually funny Poly stand up in the bone depicts section of No Kings, No Kids. Mhmm. Hey.
Daniel: We should get dinner sometime.
Quin Lamar: Just you and me. Oh, wait. Don't you have a girlfriend?
Daniel: Oh, I'm horny. Has a podcast, Legacy Music Hour, an old video game music podcast like Super Nintendo or earlier old.
Laurel: Okay.
Daniel: It is a vibe. So, anyways, thanks for sharing a clip of Brent so I can connect your node to another podcast. It makes sense that the Poly podcast has the most connections.
Nichole: That does make sense. You're right, chef Stubert.
Laurel: I also think that it's Brent or Brandt.
Nichole: The comedian.
Daniel: The comedian. Brent. Brent. Brent. Brent.
Quin Lamar: Just joking. Okay.
Laurel: I wasn't kidding. Brandt? I
Nichole: think Brandt owes it
Laurel: to us to come on our show. Yeah.
Daniel: We gave him a little bit of good publicity there.
Laurel: No. I think he just owes it because he made fun of poly people. And so he has to atone.
Nichole: Well, but he did it in a way that made us laugh.
Laurel: I know. But it doesn't matter. Don't tell him that.
Nichole: Yeah. Is this a new segment?
Laurel: This is a new segment. You should come speak for yourself.
Nichole: PolyAmateur Hour. Blamo. We're gonna get you.
Daniel: I feel like in this segment, we would write the apology for them.
Nichole: And have them read it?
Daniel: And make them read it.
Nichole: That's a good idea.
Laurel: If anyone would like to come to the show and apologize, give us a vague idea of what you're apologizing for.
Daniel: We'll slip in some, like, insinuations that you've also done some mild workplace sexual harassment. No big deal.
Laurel: Yeah. Don't worry about that. Oh, this is a good idea, though. I think... Yeah.
Laurel: Stuberts, if you need to apologize for a bad thing you did in one of your relationships, this is probably the best way to make it up to your partner. Having you read an apology that we wrote for you, and then you play them this episode.
Nichole: Tell us what you did Yeah. Through our website, polyamateurhour.com in the poly mind fuck section.
Daniel: Oh. Yeah. We do have a segment for that already.
Nichole: We do. Or if you would like to elect somebody else to do this that has wronged you, send the same info in, but put their email address in. What's that?
Daniel: Next, we have a message from Gareth, our beloved Steubert of Liverpool. Liverpool.
Quin Lamar: I really shouldn't be speaking for this city. Yet here I am. Yet here I am.
Daniel: Who just sent us a quick follow-up to the episode we recorded with them, Forever Soup, named after Scouse, which the dialect of Liverpool is named after, is is a soup that you treat like sourdough where you add a little bit of soup and always have
Nichole: Soup that lives forever.
Daniel: Soup that lives forever. But directly after we recorded, Gareth wrote to us, PS, I got the name wrong. It's perpetual stew. I feel like that's slightly worse somehow.
Laurel: It's way more existential Oh, yeah. Actual stew.
Daniel: Yeah. It's not... It's like dark. Like Yeah.
Nichole: Yeah. Oh, I immediately identified with it. I do... I perpetually stew.
Daniel: Aw. When I just wanna be in some forever soup. Yeah. That's, like, cozy.
Laurel: Yeah. Yeah. Which one are you? You can take our quiz at polyamateurhour.com.
Nichole: It's a one question quiz.
Daniel: Do you like dipping sauce? I love dipping sauce.
Daniel: Finally Mhmm. I wanted to share something which is tangentially a DM slider. Okay.
Nichole: Okay.
Daniel: Recently, Open Pike Night, our podcast buddies, had an episode of Open Pike Night where they talk about Strange New Worlds where they interviewed Celia Rose Gooding, who plays Uhura on the new show and is my beloved.
Quin Lamar: That sounds
Nichole: creepy. Yeah. When you say someone is my beloved.
Quin Lamar: Excuse me. Precious.
Daniel: So I made a song for them to open up their episode with.
Laurel: Yeah.
Daniel: And I'm gonna play that intro and her reaction for you right now.
Daniel: Welcome to my kingdom. Now, kneel before me. Music. It responds to music. It's a pattern.
Daniel: Music coming from the black hole. Music is just sound waves. Just sound waves, which can be represented by numbers. Every time someone sings, it's a pattern. Music might contain most tunes.
Daniel: Every time someone sings, some kid out there is going to see this show and spend the rest of their life searching the stars? A digestible reflection of their own world through the lens of fantasy.
Laurel: Do you know?
Daniel: Science fiction. Welcome. Welcome to my kingdom. Now someone match my pitch.
Clip: Computer, identify this song.
Quin Lamar: Vaolonga, a
Daniel: traditional song from Earth originating in sweaters on backwards, inside out. Do I stress you out? That is so not my vibe right now. Do I stress you out? Relaxation is just so relaxing.
Daniel: Me too needs to clear this energy. Look. It's a pattern. Patterns repeating, guiding and teaching. A person can love a piece of art or music or a story so much that it kills them, shows them parts of themselves they've never even seen before.
Daniel: But you can't do any of that without a season two. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow.
Daniel: Wow. Wow. Wow.
Laurel: So many wows.
Daniel: Mashup, I
Daniel: For you.
Daniel: No. I'm gonna ask for a a download. I I need that. That was Yes. Jesse from...
Daniel: Jesse made that?
Quin Lamar: No. That was, Daniel from the PolyAmateur Hour podcast. Yeah.
Daniel: Shout out, Daniel. You ate that.
Laurel: The the youth used their lingo for you.
Daniel: I know. So it's, like, even more meaningful. It's not just getting appreciation from Celia. It's getting appreciation from all of Gen Z. They think I'm cool.
Daniel: The old timey man's back.
Nichole: He never left.
Nichole and Daniel: Old timey things.
Nichole: They're funny.
Laurel: I'm so proud of you. But also, I am envious in the way where next time they have Martin Quinn on their show, I'm gonna make a mash up. Oh my And see if I can get Martin Quinn to say my name with his Scottish accent again. It's like a kitty purring.
Daniel: Jesus Christ. It sounds like a zombie. Is that
Nichole: how you like it,
Daniel: Laurel? Yeah.
Laurel: That, I like it to sound like a pigeon choking.
Daniel: Now that is how I sound when I come.
Laurel: No. It's not. Oh, we should have a competition one day where we have to get some of Daniel's other partners over here, And we all have to do our impression of his orgasm. Oh,
Nichole: my god. That would be hilarious.
Laurel: That'd be really funny.
Nichole: Because we know it's the same.
Laurel: Yeah. Yeah.
Nichole: Yeah. But it would be more funny for us because we're there. Well, half the audience would have slept with Danny
Laurel: anyway. So, like, they'll get it. Yeah.
Daniel: What if though backfires? You guys think it's gonna be all the same, but now you find out that I come completely different with another partner?
Quin Lamar: You
Laurel: don't. We already know.
Daniel: Have you had meetings already?
Laurel: I mean, you're not like the subject of the meetings every time.
Nichole: Not every time. Tell me more.
Daniel: What's the first order of business?
Nichole: I mean, the first order of business is our Daniel breakdown. Like, what did he do this week? What did he not do this week? Mostly what did he not do this week?
Daniel: Yeah. Yeah. And then you have a literal Daniel breakdown where you all just are are at your wits end and you just
Daniel: Oh, we have.
Nichole: Oh, we have a breakdown because of Daniel.
Laurel: Yeah. Yeah.
Nichole and Daniel: Yeah. Yeah. We give a
Nichole: good three minutes for that. Yeah. It's mostly screaming into pillows. Yeah. And we have some tea.
Nichole: Yeah.
Laurel: We do that collectively a mid summer kind of thing. Yeah. Where we let the person with the greatest grievance lead it.
Nichole: And then we join it. And then we join it. Yeah. Yeah.
Daniel: It looks like you're doing kind of nineties hip hop dance when you do the mid summer thing. It's like...
Laurel: It's just like a...
Daniel: I don't know.
Nichole: Like, I'm a lady's
Laurel: shoe being all tip holding together.
Nichole: Mhmm. So... It really helps us release our anger. And then we talk about, you know, shoes. Yeah.
Nichole: Great.
Daniel: Just please keep going. Never invite me. Not a problem.
Nichole: Yeah. Not a problem at all.
Daniel: But who we have invited here today.
Nichole: That was a No.
Nichole and Daniel: That was a good good. Yeah.
Daniel: There will be no undulating probably.
Nichole: K. Can't
Laurel: guarantee. Can never guarantee. Don't make promises you can't keep.
Daniel: We've got New York comedian, Quinn Lamar. You know, I just stumbled across Quinn's comedy, and I was like, Jesus Christ, this guy's funny.
Laurel: He's so funny.
Daniel: Woah. Mhmm.
Daniel: And he's on a lot of podcasts. So I was like, okay. Like, maybe his standards are low enough for us.
Nichole: Turns out they are.
Daniel: Turns out
Nichole: they are.
Daniel: He's gonna jump on with us in a moment. So without further adoz
Laurel: A doo doo.
Daniel: A d d. Schlemiel.
Nichole: Schlemazel.
Daniel: Roll drums.
Quin Lamar: How y'all doing? How y'all doing?
Daniel: Oh. Pretty good.
Nichole: Is your shirt a Journey reference?
Quin Lamar: No. I'm just from Detroit. This is a just a Detroit shirt. But actually, it probably is a Journey reference.
Nichole: Yep. I think it is. Don't stop believing.
Quin Lamar: Born and raves of South Detroit. Right? That's... Yeah. Yep.
Quin Lamar: Yeah.
Daniel: Yeah.
Quin Lamar: It's a circle jerk of
Nichole: living in Kansas Kansas City. City. It's a a
Laurel: And he was like, yeah. Yeah. I did that. Yeah.
Quin Lamar: Is lip sync what other people do? When you do it, you start music videos. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Quin Lamar: It's real. Or like Ashley sums up performance. Whatever.
Nichole: I remember that moment. It is seared into my brain.
Quin Lamar: That's a deep cut millennials. Oh, yes.
Daniel: I'm too old for this. I have no idea what you're talking about.
Nichole: Okay. Do you know Jessica Simpson? Uh-huh. Okay. Her sister, Ashley.
Daniel: Is the younger one.
Nichole: The younger one. Okay.
Laurel: Yes. The punk rock one.
Quin Lamar: Oh, cool. I wonder how many times this has been set up. Do you know Ashley said... Well, this is our sister. I know it's coming from so many times.
Daniel: It's it's the only way that millennials and Gen Xers can talk to each other. It's like, okay. Let's You
Nichole: know the older one? Yeah. This is the younger one.
Daniel: Okay. Which Judd are we starting from, and which Judd are we ending with?
Nichole: Basically, she lives inked, on Saturday Night Live. And the second set, the wrong track started playing, and she just kind of shimmied around the stage a little bit, did a little dance, and then walked Oh, yeah.
Daniel: That's how I wanna end my career.
Quin Lamar: And that's how she ended hers.
Daniel: Yeah. So,
Quin Lamar: I mean, wanna
Daniel: Thank you for coming on, Quinn.
Nichole: Yeah. Thank you.
Quin Lamar: Thank you. Thank you for thank you for having me. I didn't know what to expect, but I think I think I found some good people. So...
Daniel: Oh, yeah.
Quin Lamar: Yeah. Let's let's do this. It's really nice.
Daniel: Two of us are good. One of us is evil. And it's up to you to figure out.
Quin Lamar: You can figure out which one.
Nichole: Who's the one with cunt on her sweatshirt?
Quin Lamar: See, that makes me like you because it's diet... Well, did you say diet? Yes. It's tight. I'm more offended by the diet.
Daniel: I was just actually binging a little bit of your comedy today, and I I came across the bit about short people.
Nichole: Uh-oh. Oh, no. Uh-oh.
Daniel: Oh, no.
Quin Lamar: It would have to be a bit about a short person, wouldn't it? Right. What? We have a short king here.
Laurel: Yeah.
Daniel: Yeah. Two out of three of us are short, and also the one who is tall is also evil, apparently. Yeah.
Quin Lamar: Oh, we are in sync. Okay. So how... I wanna be cognizant of my high privilege here. What are you working with here?
Quin Lamar: How how how short of a king are we?
Daniel: Okay. The way that you said what are you working with made me think maybe you weren't talking about, you know, altitude, but maybe...
Nichole: Longitude. Yeah. Longitude.
Daniel: I am five five.
Quin Lamar: Oh, okay. Like I can see why you were angry. No. I can see. I can see.
Daniel: Okay. You know
Quin Lamar: My bad.
Daniel: The the bad was about how short people, like, say insensitive things to the giants I
Quin Lamar: mean, they do. In world. Because I'm big. Not giants. Okay.
Quin Lamar: Calm down, Polypod. I am no tree. I am an hent. Let's go ahead and start throwing pejoratives around. I'm sorry, Tribeon.
Quin Lamar: No. I'm just kidding. Like... Okay. So, you know, I'm six...
Quin Lamar: I'm almost six five. I'm like three hundred pounds. I'm a huge person. This file is too big to download. Right?
Laurel: Yeah.
Quin Lamar: So in my experience, I've seen that smaller people, usually men, are a bit more open with like, being vocal about how big I am. Whereas I'm like, I'm on the other end of the spectrum. Like, I don't always want people to point out how big I am. I'm stupid. But I'm like, you know, of course, people see it.
Quin Lamar: But, you know Mhmm. They're I can't go on and be like, hey. Look at you, little guy. I can't do that.
Daniel: They're probably saying it out of fear because they know that you could you could just you could you could We're just squash both aware of this discrepancy. Right?
Quin Lamar: How big you are. Yeah. I think I think one of the best interactions I had was this guy on the plane. I was flying to first class, and this guy came and he was like, Yeah, my wife and I couldn't sit together. We wonder if you would change seats with me.
Quin Lamar: I never do that with married couples. Yeah. If if you don't get your seat together, I'm not moving.
Laurel: Yeah. No. Yeah.
Quin Lamar: You're okay for a few hours apart. I've been married. You'll survive.
Daniel: You're doing them a favor. You're helping their relationship.
Quin Lamar: Doing them a favor, first of all. Wouldn't let it go. He was like, We know, I'm just thinking because, you know, you're a tall guy and you'd have more room up there. Because it was like the first row, which means it was actually by the toilet. Well, I was like, well, you can give her your seat.
Quin Lamar: You're small enough. You can get up into the the luggage compartment. How about you give her your seat there? And so he just was like, oh, I'm like, oh, you can point out how my size, but I can't point out yours. Like, I'm in first class.
Quin Lamar: I'm doing fine, Simon. That's why I'm in first class. So, yeah, that's just been my experience. I'm not saying that's you.
Daniel: I wanna point out that things are are tough on each far end of the spectrum. Spectrum.
Quin Lamar: Like, I agree.
Daniel: So you get to be about my height. Like, I grew up going to parties, getting very drunk. And it has happened to me more than one time where some large person actually picks me up and decides he's going to just start swooping me around. He's like, look at you, little guy. Suit me.
Quin Lamar: My disdain is usually for short straight men. Allow me a short gay man. Okay.
Daniel: Yeah. I'm short and bi. Is it a love hate relationship?
Quin Lamar: You're half okay. You're half okay. I'm Lieutenant Tupac. And I'm Mulex.
Laurel: Maybe Daniel, you and Quinn need to draw a truce between all
Quin Lamar: I can do that.
Laurel: Tall folks and all
Quin Lamar: Just wearing a hobbit some street beard. Yeah.
Laurel: Whose side are you on? Yeah. And this will be, like, a moment of, like, reckoning and peace that the world really needs right now.
Quin Lamar: This this is gonna
Daniel: solve all the wars.
Nichole and Daniel: It's gonna...
Quin Lamar: Yeah. We we could be like those hands. We could be like the white hand and the black hand that shakes hands. It typically begins racism.
Daniel: Yeah. It's my tiny hand.
Quin Lamar: And my big hand. And we can we can fix two problems at once. Step up and shake the hand of someone you can't stand. You can tolerate him if you try.
Laurel: Let's let Quinn do some self promo.
Quin Lamar: I like self promo. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So on the internet, you can find me on TikTok, X, Instagram, all at thequinnlamar.
Quin Lamar: My next big show, I'm gonna be doing a show in Dallas, December 5. Alright. And it's for a HIV stigma event.
Daniel: Oh, great.
Quin Lamar: It's part of the rise weekend that they have there. Stigma is silly. I'm in the middle of moving the next month or so. So, like, that's taking up a lot of my time.
Daniel: Now if you get a Polycule, it's gonna make the moving go quicker. I'm just saying.
Quin Lamar: You know what? Like, yeah. I can, like, have, you know, somebody packing boxes while I'm packing them. So... Do you say?
Quin Lamar: What do what do what do Mushu say in Mulan?
Daniel: Come on. If you're gonna stay, you're gonna work. Well, let's start with everybody's most feared segment.
Nichole: It's a little something called... Monogamy, are you okay?
Nichole and Daniel: I'm not your therapist, but hey. You're looking tired and kind of cray. You left me 16 texts today. Monogamy, are you okay?
Daniel: Are are you okay? Are okay? Are okay?
Quin Lamar: You okay? That eight. That kinda eight. Yeah.
Nichole: Oh. Alright. Two eights in one week. I know.
Daniel: Somebody else said somebody else said that I ate. Yeah.
Quin Lamar: Eights. Yeah.
Laurel: Quinn, you're gonna be our official representative of monogamy because it is my understanding that you are currently practicing monogamy.
Quin Lamar: I am currently in a monogamous relationship right now. Yes.
Laurel: Okay. Great. Alright. You can speak for every single monogamous person in the world.
Quin Lamar: I love that.
Daniel: Alright. So this article is called how to prevent cheating by your girlfriend. Okay.
Nichole: Sounds like the girlfriend wrote the article.
Daniel: How to keep me from cheating
Nichole: by your girlfriend.
Quin Lamar: You think that until you read what it says, then you know that nobody with any brains or estrogen would ever have written that up.
Daniel: No. No. This is on a website that is called Girls Chase. Their slogan being like, it's time to make the girls chase you.
Laurel: Oh, okay. Alright. Yeah.
Quin Lamar: Alright. And
Daniel: it's led by this guy named Chase. Chase. Okay. What has this shoulder done to you? Yesterday, I made a post on the infamous scenario of when a girl has a boyfriend and you want to date her or get together with her anyway.
Laurel: Okay. Wait. So he wrote a post that's like how to
Nichole: get with somebody who's already with somebody?
Daniel: Yes.
Nichole: Okay. And so now he's writing a post to... On how to keep somebody away from the guys I just gave advice to that are trying
Laurel: to steal your girl.
Daniel: Does this make any sense to you?
Quin Lamar: Like most time paradoxes, it's implausible, but not necessarily illogical.
Daniel: Yeah. It's like mutually assured destruction. He's trying to arm both sides.
Quin Lamar: Yeah. He kinda loses the plot.
Daniel: Oh, quickly. Yeah. But as luck would have it, I prepared a companion piece for yesterday's post on how to get a girl with a boyfriend, namely one on how to prevent cheating and how to make her so crazy about you that no other guy will be much of a threat.
Nichole: Much of a threat.
Laurel: They're all a little threatening.
Daniel: Do please note, we're going to take a walk down Evolutionary Psychology Road.
Nichole: No, we're not.
Laurel: All right. Oh, this will definitely be science.
Daniel: First order of business. Don't try to stop her. Am I telling you to give her a free pass and just do whatever she wants?
Quin Lamar: No. Oh, God. No.
Daniel: I'm telling you this. If you try to prevent cheating, you will fail.
Laurel: Wait, wait, wait. Yeah,
Nichole: I thought the title of this article was how to stop your girl from cheating.
Daniel: So instead, you must inspire fidelity. Let's say I gave you this assignment. There is a man who has a good heart, but he lives in a bad part of town, has no job, has no family to support, and he doesn't have any work skills. It's easy for him to sell drugs or steal. There aren't really any other easy avenues open to him to make money.
Daniel: Your assignment, prevent him from committing a crime.
Quin Lamar: This is where it got a little racist.
Daniel: You think?
Quin Lamar: And this is where I was like, okay. But you know what? I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I was like, let's see where he's going with this. Wow.
Quin Lamar: That is Let's see.
Daniel: You must have a good heart.
Quin Lamar: Well, that's true. So Also, mama's always told me, don't hate blindly. Know what you hate. Do research.
Nichole: That is very good advice.
Daniel: It is.
Quin Lamar: Listen to the follow-up to this. This what you
Nichole: said. Okay.
Daniel: Can spend day and night with him, monitoring him, and refuse to let him out of the house. But at some Jesus Christ. But at some point, when your back is turned, he's going to rob a liquor store, and you'll have failed.
Quin Lamar: I like that store specifically. It gets better though. Keep going. Keep
Daniel: going. Okay. Now let's say I gave you the same man as an assignment, but I didn't tell you your job was to prevent him from committing a crime. Instead, what I told you was this. Your job is to help him get a job and teach him how to support his family in a safe and lawful way that he'll be happy with and take pride in.
Daniel: Is this his, like, sneaky way to be, actually, we should support a social welfare system?
Quin Lamar: Actually, yes. That's the point that
Laurel: I'm That's gonna where I
Nichole: thought it was going. It's like, design an inner city program for your girlfriend. Yeah.
Daniel: The criminal in this case is the girlfriend.
Nichole: Yes. Always.
Daniel: The crime is Cheating. And you need to get her, like, on unemployment in order
Quin Lamar: to I think it's it's very feminist. It's like, you know, get get her a job. She won't have time to cheat because she'll be the, you know, a CEO. And so...
Nichole: She's got shit to do.
Quin Lamar: She got shit to do. She got meetings and shit. She got depositions
Daniel: Just for just turn her into a lady boss.
Nichole: Yeah. Have I ever cheated on you, babe?
Daniel: You're not a lady boss. Wow. Oh, wait. Wait. Wait.
Daniel: Wait. Wait. Me. I was thinking of girl boss.
Nichole: Oh, not a girl boss. No. Lady boss. Lady boss denotes shoulder pads.
Quin Lamar: Lady boss will beat your ass. Yeah.
Nichole: Yes. Lady boss will use some harsh words and follow-up with a 10 email.
Daniel: Okay. We're gonna go down to the section why women cheat.
Nichole: Oh, yeah. Tell
Laurel: me. Why do we?
Daniel: One of the fantastic things about being a man
Laurel: is you can stand while you pee.
Quin Lamar: The toilet is everywhere. That's what I'm gonna say. The world is a toilet.
Daniel: That's the best part.
Laurel: Yeah. That's what I am most envious of. If I have penis envy, that is it.
Quin Lamar: Yeah. The world is your toilet, and you don't have to carry a purse.
Daniel: Yeah. Alright. The... One of the one of the most fantastic things about being a man is that women only cheat in reaction to you.
Nichole: How is that? Where? As
Quin Lamar: a comedian, I have a very high tolerance for people speaking in general terms. Because we write jokes in general terms. This, on the other hand, is egregious. It is like, you know, all women do this for these reasons. There is nothing else.
Quin Lamar: There is no nuance. There is no individuality. Vagina, boobs, cheater. It's like it's it's in it... I'm like...
Quin Lamar: Thought this was an Onion article.
Nichole: I just don't understand what the dichotomy is between it being the most fantastic thing that a girl will only cheat because of you.
Daniel: All of her desires, drives, and, like, decisions
Laurel: Revolve around you.
Daniel: Revolve around you.
Quin Lamar: Okay. I'm blaming Disney.
Laurel: That's fair. That's fair.
Quin Lamar: Disney taught us that women will fall in love with anything.
Nichole: Yeah. Yes.
Quin Lamar: A frog, a dog Yeah. A monster, some street urchin. It doesn't matter.
Daniel: Riffraff. Street rats. Men's ultimate motivation for cheating? Hot woman. Must spread jeans.
Daniel: Women's ultimate motivation for cheating. Current partner is unsatisfactory. Must, a, get better jeans, b, find a supportive replacement partner, or c, force change in the relationship?
Nichole: I wanna drown myself in a bathtub.
Quin Lamar: I wanna drown him in the bathtub. How how how certain are we that this person is single?
Nichole: Right? Oh, yeah. The most.
Daniel: Well, most of the, like, website is more like the how to pick up girls type of thing.
Daniel: Oh. Gotta catch them all. Gotta catch them all.
Daniel: Women's rationales for cheating are usually that, one, he's weak. Mhmm.
Laurel: Yeah. Yep. Yep. I saw you try and lift a 30 pound box the other day, and Yeah.
Daniel: I just had to go
Laurel: get railed by somebody else.
Quin Lamar: Mhmm. Because
Daniel: the strength of her mate determines her likelihood to survive and her offspring's likelihood to survive too. I would like to point out that if you're a woman and your male partner is super strong and aggressive, your chance of survival is lowered mainly because he is a danger to you.
Quin Lamar: Yeah. Mhmm. And then... Never forget he is the number one suspect in your murder.
Nichole: Yep. I never do.
Quin Lamar: And conversely, you are his.
Nichole: This is why we keep murder boards of each other
Daniel: up in the house. This is
Quin Lamar: It's equal opportunity, baby.
Nichole: It's new age. I'm breaking through the glass ceiling.
Quin Lamar: You should be the first female serial killer. I think you should do it. We need it.
Nichole: I'm pretty sure Aileen Wuornos beat me to that title. But...
Quin Lamar: Oh, yeah. Her. Oh, yeah. See, I just felt she was a justified killer. I'm sorry.
Daniel: Oh. I thought she was a feminist hero.
Quin Lamar: Right. I thought she was... You say serial killer. I say icon. I don't know.
Daniel: Imagine a cave woman Oh god. God.
Nichole: Damn it.
Quin Lamar: No. Okay.
Daniel: From twenty thousand years ago has babies with that guy in the group that nobody respects and always gets his mammoth stakes snatched away by the bigger, cooler cavemen.
Quin Lamar: Shut up. Mammoth steak. Is
Laurel: this what Encino Man was about? Yes.
Quin Lamar: Oh god. That was good.
Daniel: Think her kids with him stand a better than average chance of passing her genes onto future generations or worse than average chance?
Nichole: I don't care. This article is 900 pages long.
Quin Lamar: It doesn't have to be. It really doesn't. It
Nichole: doesn't have
Quin Lamar: to be.
Laurel: So is his argument, like, work out?
Quin Lamar: His argument is pretend to be something that you're not to keep somebody with you. That's basically what it comes out to. And it is pathetic if that is what men are doing, specifically straight men are doing. It's the dumbest advice you could give anybody. I feel Pretend like to be alpha.
Quin Lamar: Pretend to be strong. Like, if you're a weak little sissy boy, they'll find you a woman that likes a weak little sissy boy because they're out there. Aw. Warms my heart.
Daniel: This guy's gonna lose out because it's going to turn out like the girl that he's trying to keep likes the little sissy boys.
Laurel: Oh yeah,
Daniel: and he by by closing off his butt to pegging. He is he's never never gonna be able to keep her. She's gonna she's gonna find she's gonna find somewhere to put that. Lady
Quin Lamar: boss is always found a way.
Daniel: Lady boss always find
Laurel: a hold of peg.
Daniel: Lady boss. Beware her shoulder pads. They're made of steel you can kneel, you can feel when you know you've been bad. Lady boss, bring your queen a Diet Coke.
Quin Lamar: And please don't forget the part where he gets fatphobic towards women. That part's also great.
Daniel: Oh. Oh, let's see. Where is that? You might have read more than I did. That's right.
Quin Lamar: That's where that's where I finally tapped out. He said that women, they have an aversion to weakness the same way that men have an aversion to fat women. Wow.
Laurel: Not true.
Quin Lamar: Like... Not true at all.
Nichole: Yeah. Anyone has been on FetLife recently, not true. I see a woman who is beautiful and big and buxom and awesome. 1,500 likes. So many comments about how she's so beautiful.
Laurel: Beautiful. Like, that is Yeah.
Nichole: Absolutely a desirable shape.
Daniel: Yeah. Check your fat privilege.
Quin Lamar: What the fuck?
Daniel: This is much worse than a lot of the other monogamy. Are you okay? Examples that
Quin Lamar: we Yeah. This was a real piece of shit.
Daniel: Yeah. Yeah. This guy's a total piece of shit. I wanted to at least allow the people in his employ at least to speak for themselves. And I have a little short video, a trailer for a course that one of his students teaches.
Daniel: Chase has underlings. Now this is more about how to meet girls anywhere.
Nichole: Okay. Anywhere? Anywhere. Literally anywhere?
Daniel: Literally anywhere.
Nichole: If the world is my toilet, then... Alright. Tell us
Clip: if you can and hear I'll be leading you through this course to teach you how to meet women during the divorce. There's an arts to this. There's an individuality.
Daniel: It's a job.
Clip: When you hesitate, you're not gonna be acting, and what's gonna happen is you're gonna lead to awkward silences. Don't listen to the voices in your head. Just start talking.
Daniel: Is
Clip: this What are some approach invitations? A lot of different angles to approach. And at this point, you definitely need to approach her.
Daniel: Look at the football diagram.
Clip: I have the words simmer. I was walking back there and I saw you.
Quin Lamar: What's your name, by the way?
Clip: You're gonna go talk to her. You're gonna introduce yourself and she's gonna be like, who the fuck is this guy? Again, I cannot stress fundamentals enough. You wanna add more confidence onto that, you do it with your voice. Now what we have here is a cluster fuck of fuck off signals.
Clip: This is kind of dismissive like... Oh. Yeah. But sometimes, it can go well, as you'll see here. And you have soft palm expression.
Quin Lamar: Once your name, extend
Clip: your hand, get to know her. There's three parts when it comes to getting her to skip her schedule. If she does bite, she's gonna What? Super hard. I know here in Romania, you're supposed to Ew.
Clip: Her pussy is so wet. It's a bit
Nichole: more flirty and it might not
Clip: fit with your vibe. Then she's a little bit more
Quin Lamar: Just in the middle.
Clip: Situation, but it could still be a sign of interest. It's meh because it happens all the time in clubs. Fuck. You know, I've met a girl and ten seconds later, we're making out. Why not during the day?
Clip: We're walking to the city, pretend the Eiffel Tower is over Also, pay attention to my hand. I want you to work until you get what it is that you want to achieve.
Laurel: I... You didn't like that?
Quin Lamar: You know what? I'm just gonna say it. He looked short. And he does not look like somebody who does really well with women.
Daniel: No. I
Quin Lamar: think he do decent with men, though. Those little hands, that high voice. He seems gayer than me, and I had sex with a man today. He
Nichole: was in Romania?
Daniel: Yes. He couldn't get his mail order bride shipped postage paid. He had to... He has to go to
Quin Lamar: Romania to go. Yeah. He had
Daniel: to go to Romania to pick up the mail order bride.
Quin Lamar: Was Amazon pickup.
Nichole: It also reminded me of when we were still watching The Bachelor and The Bachelorette during COVID. Uh-huh. And Romania was the only country that didn't have
Daniel: COVID left. Yeah. So they all went
Quin Lamar: to Romania.
Nichole: They went to Romania, and they kept talking about, I've always wanted to visit Romania. Hey.
Daniel: I would like to visit Romania. Nothing against Romania.
Quin Lamar: Sure.
Daniel: Yeah. Thank you.
Nichole: Yeah. Okay.
Clip: Sorry. Is
Quin Lamar: in Romania too.
Daniel: Like, 60% of our listenership is in Romania.
Quin Lamar: It's amazing what people do when they're not getting late. Right? It's just amazing what they do with the time. It's just like... You wanna be like, where do you find the time Yeah.
Quin Lamar: To to write these articles and do this? I'm like, oh, yeah. You're not having sex. So you have time to do this shit.
Nichole: How did he get away with saying her pussy is so wet on YouTube?
Daniel: I'm just gonna drop that in, like, in a conversation. Like, I'm gonna be like, hey. I'm gonna make you guys some cocktails. Would you like some some whiskey or or some gin... By the way, her pussy was so wet.
Laurel: You don't even you don't even do the by
Nichole: the way. You just you just
Laurel: go, and her pussy was so wet, and then you dip into the kitchen.
Quin Lamar: Because he has never wet a pussy. Yeah.
Nichole: I feel like mine is drier just for watching that video.
Laurel: Yeah. I shriveled up.
Quin Lamar: Mine too.
Daniel: No. It was in the dark, and she was just... She just held up a glass of water.
Nichole: Oh, yeah. I'm so wet.
Quin Lamar: I'm so wet.
Daniel: What's next?
Nichole: A palate cleanser.
Quin Lamar: Where do you go from there?
Nichole: I need something. Give me a sorbet.
Laurel: Well, because of the sad state of monogamy, maybe, Quinn, you're thinking about jumping ship after reading that advice.
Quin Lamar: Absolutely. That made me never want to be monogamous ever again.
Laurel: And maybe we could just push you the rest of the way through a little conversion therapy. Con per...
Quin Lamar: Conversion. Conversion.
Nichole: Not conversion. Laurel. I
Quin Lamar: don't think you have any notion of the true strengths and depths of the opposition to our word. But might that not be caused by your insistence in exclusively sexual interpretation?
Daniel: Welcome to our office. Have you filled out all their forms? Explaining about the profit of adhering to the norms, how you're fearing all the scorn of monogamous society, the obvious impure law of polyimpropriety. You're worried that you're jealous? Come and tell us all about it.
Daniel: Let the overzealous fellas ring your bell and make you doubt it. Walk a mile in slutty shoes, if only temporarily. Prepare for your emergencies we call compulsion therapy.
Quin Lamar: All I'm doing is pointing out what experience indicates to me must be the truth.
Laurel: Compulsion therapy is the segment where we try to convince somebody that polyamory
Nichole: is the way to go.
Laurel: Mhmm. Have I done it yet? Nope.
Nichole: We have we have not been successful.
Daniel: On the rare Yeah. On the rare occasions
Laurel: We can get a monogamous person on this podcast.
Daniel: We try to do our best to make sure they'll never want to come back.
Nichole: Yeah.
Daniel: Really so far it's just been an exception that we make for comedians who we think are fucking hilarious. So I hope so. You are so funny, Quinn, that we decided that we didn't care that you were in a monogamous relationship.
Quin Lamar: You know, you keep calling me funny, and I won't be in a monogamous relationship anymore. I mean, okay.
Daniel: If you like a short little sissy boy. All I'm saying.
Quin Lamar: And I do. Know, speaking for all monogamous people.
Laurel: Yeah.
Quin Lamar: You know, my reasons for being monogamous... You know, I'm a gay man. I'm I'm I'm a veteran of an open relationship, which is different from being polyamorous.
Laurel: Yeah. Mhmm.
Quin Lamar: Right now, in my relationship, we're not at the place where we will be open. I mean, eventually, you always open. But we're not there yet. Right?
Daniel: You're just not open yet. You're not nonmonogamous yet.
Quin Lamar: Mhmm. Mhmm.
Daniel: Why not skip to the good part?
Laurel: That is a good question.
Quin Lamar: That is a good question. And I don't have an answer for it. Mean...
Nichole: Alright. One point for us.
Quin Lamar: One point for you. I can't argue that. I have nothing. I have no rebuttal. You're probably the easiest person to convert.
Quin Lamar: I am one of the biggest sluts ever at the New York State line. I am... I'm I'm pansexual. I'm like the person that, like, Jehovah's Witnesses would follow. But who doesn't know?
Quin Lamar: The Mormon. Pray you. They
Nichole: do. And then they pray after you die even. Oh, yeah.
Quin Lamar: Yeah. Just they embarrass you after death.
Laurel: Yes. Yep.
Daniel: Yeah. That's that's how we mostly convert people to polyamory too.
Quin Lamar: You die, and then we convert you.
Daniel: I think this may may be more of, like, a, you know, gay culture thing is you look at, like, the nonmonogamy as the eventual end state. Right? Like, most people are like, okay. We're dating other people until we eventually reach It's inverse. The monogamous point where you're like
Quin Lamar: do the opposite of that. Yeah. Mhmm. Yeah. Where we're like, oh, we're good in this together at the beginning.
Quin Lamar: And then we can start taking those trips to Palm Springs where we do what we want. Yeah. Like, kinds of things.
Laurel: So maybe we need to get your partner on here
Daniel: for this recession.
Quin Lamar: Here's the fun fact. Yeah. He's a former Mormon.
Daniel: A foreman?
Quin Lamar: A foreman. An ex mo. That's what they call it. Ex moe. But a current moe in a different way.
Nichole: Correct. Alright. So what's your... What Okay. What was your second argument?
Quin Lamar: My problem is that I don't have a high bandwidth for people. And so polyamory seems like a lot of work, and I am lazy. I don't really want to date anybody else or be like, you know, caring about people's feelings. It's hard enough for one person. Now when you just...
Quin Lamar: When you're open, you just have sex and then you're done. Yeah. Yeah. When you're a poly...
Laurel: Here's the argument I I make is that you don't have to care about other people. You just you just have to be open to the
Nichole: possibility of caring about other people.
Quin Lamar: Oh, you are evil. She is. Yeah.
Daniel: Oh, you think
Daniel: it's her now.
Quin Lamar: Oh, now it's you. Yeah. You're the stupidest.... Like a republican answer. It's like, we have concepts of a plan for healthcare.
Quin Lamar: We're open to healthcare. We're not anti healthcare.
Daniel: We're open to the idea of it.
Quin Lamar: Right.
Daniel: Here's the thing. People think that polyamory is going to take up more time and that you won't have enough bandwidth. And that is under the assumption that it is only taking energy from you. When the truth is, I get a lot of like support and also just like practical help doing shit from my partners. I had I had sex with somebody today Yeah.
Daniel: Midday, and then they were helping me do the dishes.
Nichole: Oh, which was helping me.
Quin Lamar: See, I didn't get anything. I was sexy. I didn't get anything after that.
Daniel: We should have your your your partner on and be like, give us three reasons why you won't do the dishes. Wait. You have a Mormon who's not doing the dishes?
Quin Lamar: See, I have a Mormon who's a career Mormon. Oh. He's a girl boss.
Laurel: He's a girl... Oh,
Quin Lamar: shit. Lady boss.
Laurel: He's a lady bossin'. Too busy to cheat. So you got that going.
Quin Lamar: You make time for what you love.
Daniel: Quinn, do you do sex bits? You know, like like where you're having sex and you and you do a bit do a bit on the person?
Quin Lamar: Like in the middle of sex? Yeah.
Daniel: The
Quin Lamar: funny part about it is that that... Yes. Oh. Well, that's that's the thing. It's really making me feel like, my god, that's kind of crazy.
Quin Lamar: I bet you... Like, on stage? Yes. In bed? Yes.
Quin Lamar: If a joke is there, I have to do it. I can't. Yeah. I pretended to throw my back out a couple times just to see what he would do. What else have I done?
Quin Lamar: That's good. I I love to fake an orgasm and and make it seem like it's over already. I think that's funny. Oh, yeah. Like, it's still there.
Daniel: Mean... This is like this is like the horror movie when you think the zombie's dead.
Laurel: Oh, yeah.
Daniel: The the handcuffs.
Nichole: There is the potential for that to backfire. Like, let's say your orgasm is fake, blah blah blah, and he goes, oh, thank god. Just like, well, now I have time to do the dishes.
Quin Lamar: No, you don't. That actually better for me. Like, oh, no. It's not over. You're not.
Daniel: Was just hoping that we could give you the homework to call your partner lady boss.
Quin Lamar: I'm definitely gonna call him lady boss. As soon I get off this recording, I'm gonna call him, how's my little lady boss?
Daniel: So next up, what's the third one?
Quin Lamar: I'm cheap. I don't wanna spend money on another... You know, you have to do stuff. Yeah. Activities and that can cost money.
Laurel: This is true. I do think that it is... I think I often break even. So I end up breaking even because while I'm paying for a date with one person, another person is paying for a date with me. So I'm doing more, not actually spending more.
Nichole: Okay.
Daniel: Now I on the other hand recently was making more than anybody else that I was Yes. That I was seeing or dating or partners, etc. And I actually can identify with this. Granted it was a lot of my own doing because I want to go out and be a fancy man about That said, I got laid off a few months ago, and I've been unemployed now for about three months. And, hey, it all comes back around.
Quin Lamar: You paid it forward.
Daniel: All my babes Yeah. Come and been been taking me out on the town.
Laurel: You were doing this like we were all jerking off on you.
Daniel: It's all coming back around, baby. Things are coming off the table.
Quin Lamar: Free. It's not free, homie. You're paying for it. Ain't nothing wrong with that.
Daniel: Like, you're a comedian too.
Quin Lamar: So Everybody knows I ain't got no money.
Daniel: Exactly. Like, couldn't you... Couldn't this be, like, a source of fine dining income
Laurel: for you? Everybody should.
Quin Lamar: Fine dining income. You know, know, I think that might be right. I think, I've always attracted a certain class of clientele. Yeah. Yeah, got a lady boss.
Quin Lamar: I guess I could do that. There's always a well off dad in the suburbs. It's always featured me. So I guess I could tap into that every weekend. You got
Nichole: to go to Applebee's, but that's eating good
Quin Lamar: in the neighborhood. Good neighborhood. Yeah. That's good. That's good.
Quin Lamar: I can do that. You still got that two for 20? It just takes two.
Daniel: Two for 20. Only at Applebee's.
Quin Lamar: You can get something else? Yeah.
Daniel: Also loved your bit about keeping restaurants open during the pandemic. Yeah. That's really, really enjoyed it.
Quin Lamar: That, unfortunately, was not a joke. I spent so much money on ordering food during COVID.
Laurel: Oh, yeah.
Quin Lamar: Oh, yeah. Same. To the... To this day, I get so many messages from Uber Eats and Grubhub. They're like, exes texting me to come back.
Daniel: Yes. You.
Quin Lamar: Was like, no. I'm done. The world's open now. I ate so much and drank so much. I was with my ex at the time.
Quin Lamar: We had... We were like part of a wine of the month club. We would go through all the wine within less than a week.
Daniel: Wow. We
Quin Lamar: ended up buying more wine. We were just... We were both killing like a bottle and a half of wine a night.
Laurel: Wow. Wow.
Quin Lamar: It was real waspy in this bitch.
Daniel: Yeah. I mean, I feel like during the pandemic, every apartment was like Lord of the Flies Island or whatever, and it's just It
Daniel: was Yeah.
Quin Lamar: Yeah. It was it was it was it was great. Didn't have to do anything. Nobody expected you to do
Daniel: anything. Yeah.
Quin Lamar: All the food was delivered to you. You didn't have to go anywhere. Yeah. You didn't have to see anybody. Yeah.
Quin Lamar: Those are, like, the hardest thing for me to do is to do stuff. Like, it's the worst.
Daniel: Yeah. Yeah.
Quin Lamar: Like, doing something that I agreed to do last week is the hardest shit on Earth for me to do.
Nichole: What? What? Just in general. Anything. Oh, anything.
Quin Lamar: But any plans that I make, if I say, yeah, I'll be there, and I do that a week before, by the time that comes, I'm oh my god. Yeah. Plans
Daniel: Tell me about it.
Quin Lamar: Oh my god.
Daniel: Tell me about it.
Quin Lamar: Canceling plans makes my dick hard. I love that shit.
Daniel: Okay. So so one more one more question on this one. Is some of your feeling of, like, responsibility to feel like you need to be paying for things in partnerships? Is this like top guilt?
Quin Lamar: That might be true. I think I've always kind of like been the one to like pay because it could be because like the whole top thing, I don't know. Didn't go from like dating girls to dating guys. So I guess like all of my like formative training on dating was with girls. And so I guess I kind of left that over.
Quin Lamar: But also like in my family, was raised to like, you you don't owe nobody nothing. You pay your own way. Yeah. Yeah. And I'm pretty free and easy with my money, which is why I don't have any.
Quin Lamar: So I think it's like a... It's kinda like that. But I mean, like, it's not like you can't buy me dinner or you can't do those things. It's just like, that's not where mama automatically goes. Mama normally goes like, okay, I'm gonna pay for this, and I'm not gonna fight you over the check.
Quin Lamar: If you say, oh, no. I'll get it. I will put my wallet away. If I could go out and then somebody could buy me something, and I could have sex with them. Alright.
Quin Lamar: You got me. I
Daniel: I just saw your mind go some way to sales. Yep. I'll tell you what. I'll you what. We will buy you dinner when you come to Portland, and then we'll...
Daniel: But we're gonna cancel on you just to make you dick
Quin Lamar: hard. Oh, god.
Laurel: Yeah. Isn't that nice? Ain't that nice?
Quin Lamar: Y'all good people. You know, it's good people. That's so bad. You know?
Daniel: During the pandemic. During the pandemic. During the pandemic. Every apartment was, like, Lord of the Flies.
Quin Lamar: It was great. That's You didn't have to do anything. Nobody expects you to do anything. Yeah. All the food was delivered to you.
Quin Lamar: You didn't have to go anywhere. Yeah. You didn't have to see anybody. The hardest thing for me to do is to do stuff. Like, it's the worst.
Quin Lamar: The hardest thing for me to do is to do stuff. Like, it's the worst. Doing something that I agreed to do last week is the hardest shit on earth. What? What?
Quin Lamar: Anything. Oh, anything. You know, canceling plans.
Daniel: Tell me about it.
Quin Lamar: Oh, my god. Tell me
Daniel: about it.
Quin Lamar: Canceling plans makes my dick hard. I love that shit. Love that shit. Makes my dick hard. Gansler Plans
Daniel: Tell me about it.
Quin Lamar: Makes my dick hard. Gansler Plans
Daniel: Tell me about it.
Quin Lamar: Makes my dick hard. Makes my dick hard. Makes my dick hard. Makes my dick hard.
